Live-streamed Events Public Retainer
Retains public access to VoD when pulling down (replacing) live-stream w/VoD ID. E.g., Initial event is posted in Convo channel of Mediaspace. When live event is over, VoD replaces the live in Convo channel for various reasons. However, live link no longer stays public but would with this retainer.
